Notes

Heat 7 gallons to 160F Turn heat off and add LME Steep specialty grains at 155F for 45 minutes Remove grain bag Heat to boil 90 minutes - do nothing 60 minutes - add hops 30 minutes - add hops 15 minutes - add chiller 15 minutes - add whirlfloc 10 minutes - add hops 0 minutes - turn off flame and begin to chill
