Super bitter Maybe a bit overboard on hops Nice balance with sweetness, rye is great.

mash in 152.8F end 151.5 Cold snap basement 59F relatively slow fermentation 5 gal in bucket 5 gal in sanke fermenter under 10-15 psi worked well Dry hopped 1/11 Add gelatin 1/17 Cold crash 1/20 Kegged 1/20 Pressure xfer. Leave valve in liq post. Improve conn to racking cane. Lengthen by 2"
