Notes

Initial thoughts think i may not have been boiling vigourasly enough and therefore perhaps i didnt hit the right IBU's maybe a little too sweet After 3 weeks in bottle and 3 days in fridge: bitterness has come out nicely - quite bitter (quite a mouthfull) dry finish. could perhaps do with a little more sweetness now would benefit from more upfront hops flavour and aroma. (NB)
