Notes

Mash temp keep mashtun pid 0.5C under target temp to get step temperature. For 0 min additions dropped temp to 76c and whirlpooled for 20 mins before chilling to pitching temp. Added 30secs of O2 to each fermenter. OG 45L @ 1.069 Added dry hop after 5 days 27th Nov for 7 days Only slightly bubbling. Crash cooled on Monday for 3 days 1.069 after 12 days dropped temp to 4°C. Thurs 7th Dec kegged and bottled fg 1.010 7.8% in keg.
