Brew day went pretty well 43C rest for 10 minutes to up the clove flavour Got some scorching on the element ramping fromn 43 - 66C but no cut out Long sparge but relatively free running with the oat hulls Starter Thursday 07/12/17 1.2L Crashed in fridge Friday at 11pm Poured off wort brew day and made a small 500ml starter to wake up - good krausen aft a couple of hours Yeast health looks good Pitched into wort 8pm Saturday 22.9C Cooled to 21C
