Notes

After Fermentation i stored it in my garage for 6 months in a Carbouy. Abv came in at 11.5%, I carbonated it with WYeast Activator 4021 Champagne Yeast because it is Alcohol tolerant to 17%abv at co2 vol2.3 and it took a lot longer than normal for full carbonation allow 0ne month to six weeks to fully carbonate. The end result was amazing
