Notes

Mash Strike 73 degrees. Stir 3 times in Mash. 13/06/2018 mash strike 67.5 (biab) Pre-boil SG was perfect, but ended up with 1.040, instead of 1.046. Didn't boil hard enough? Tasted good going into the bucket.
