Notes

Acheived only 51% efficiency, added black treacle to take it back up to 1.100. Should have stirred in mash slowing instead of pouring all at once. Vanilla/rum/spice mix done separately to be added later. In the fermenter for 2 weeks and bottle aged for another weeks or months for longer.
