next round - need hallertauer herbruckers - 10 packs. need 2 lbs of corn. need 2 ounces of corriander... 3737 lee valley bottler brushes tap water. windy overrcast day second use of brewsculpture - first w/o craig used one pack of 3787 - 3 step - started wed. should start mon or tues - still active in am made 4.5L starter from 2 L, drain add 2 L, no drain add 1l - huge kreusen bottles approx 16 gallons... checked nov 14 - sour tasting - decided to leave extra week. nov 25 - first fermenter - used 3.6 ounces priming sugar (corn) for 4 gallons x 2 - total of 8 gallons = 46+ bottles added one bottle of timmermans kriek per 4 gallons for cherry flavouring - cannot source liefmans or lindemans. second fermenter - still sitting - nov 25 - bubbling, etc. - still sour - will check later
