Notes

will split batch in 2ndary, one batch with Medium Oak Spiral, 2nd without. If Cinnamon or nutmeg dont come thru, will add powdered in bottling, was not able to get Thames wyeast, substituted for WLP030 Thames Valley Ale yeast. SG was 1.067 & just she of 6 gallons.
