Taste Notes

Smooth sweet beer on first tasting after initial brewing. Definitely taste the Alpen. Sort of sweet slightly sour milk. Opened a 330ml bottle on 03-12-2017 exactly 2 weeks after bottling. A strange taste not unpleasant or great. Bitter finish and not the disaster I feared it might have been. But not a hit either. Cracked open the last 500ml bottles of this dreadful brew. Still dreadful.
