Notes

Mash In with 8.5 quarts water Single Infusion Mash @150F for 45min Sparge @170F to obtain 5.5 gal of Wort Boil for 105 min. Harvest Yeast from 2-3 bottles of Cooper's Sparkling Pale Ale Build a yeast starter with harvested yeast and then pitch into the cool wort.
