Notes
Add dates with the second Citra addition. Add honey at flame-out with the third Citra addition. Old Cascade substituted for the middle Citra addition because of availability. Bottled 3/27 with pink caps. Quite cloudy at bottling despite use of Clarity Ferm.
After one week, nicely carbonated with creamy head. Taste of grapefruit is late and pleasant. More hoppy than I remember from previous batch. Could not discern clarity.
As of 5/10/15, still somewhat cloudy and with fairly rough grapefruit taste.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
