Taste Notes

3/9/12 Ferment finished just a little on the high side but tastes like a clean wheat. Racked onto 3 cups of fresh squeezed watermelon juice.

Notes

3 Cups of fresh watermelon juice per 5 gallons. 5.4 mash pH after adding .5g Gypsum and 3mL lactic acid to filtered Leander water. 3.7 mL highly concentrated watermelon flavoring added at kegging
