Taste Notes

Boil de 75 minutes car pas assez d'évaporation. Conséquence gravité originale de 1.051 à la place de 1.046. Test de conversion positif après 60 minutes de mash. 2x Campden écrasé, 11g de Chloride de calcium et 22g de Gypse ajoutés au boil.
