Pretty Good Stuff

Made 10 gallons.
Pretty tasty. Nice orange color and creamy head.
Most people like it. Some don't.
This style is not for everybody I guess.

Wondering about the lagering process. Do we carbonate before lagering, do we bottle then lager, why lager after an Ale yeast/fermentation?

Best lager I've made

Subbed some of the malts (its a pretty diverse bill), but it came out great! Crowd pleaser for sure.
