Taste Notes

26/08/17 After primary fermentation it tastes really good. A good roastey aroma and for flavors I got dark unsweetened chocolate, a hint of liquorice, lot of espresso, mocha and vanilla sweetness in the end. Good aftertaste, body medium to high. Balanced and no traces of astringency or alcohol. I racked onto 900 grams of frozen raspberries for secondary fermentation.
