Notes

Dry raisin with half gold and half dark raisin for about 2 weeks. Start - 22.5 brix 8/5 - 12 brix 8/12 - xx brix 05-14-2017 This round was the new version with a comedy of errors and unexpected efficiency. SG - 1.099 10.5 gallons with 1/2 gallon accidentally spilled. Volume was dead on but this time with new sparge hose, it was a lot slower. I think that helped.
