Notes

Pitch yeast at 64F and let rise to mid 70's. Only had .25oz GOP, .50 oz Cardomom, 2oz Orange Peel. Put coriander in boil. 11/5: Racked (9Brix), added spice, currants, ginger and 3 beans. 11/9: Did not need any more Vanilla 11/12: Added 1 oz Sweet Orange Peel 11/20: Kegged (9Brix).
