Notes

Strong vigourous 90 minute boil. Add hops at flameout. Whirlpool and steep 30 minutes before chilling. Add 1/2 dry hops to primary 2 weeks in. Add remaining dry hops after racking. 12/16/12: Added last hops at flameout. Chilled down to 180F then turned water off for 20 minutes before resuming chilling. 1/5/13: Racked and hopped. S-05 (9brix), WLP001 (8.5brix)
