May try next time for even more body in the beer - more 40L, or what else? Brew 6/21 ran short on Thai/Arbol peppers - only 3 oz, then split remaining ounce with crushed red pepper flakes, dried habanero, and smoked habanero (total 1 oz, maybe 50% habanero). Ginger chopped to consistency of onion for burgers (McD's).
