Notes

Base combined recipe for 18 gal partigyle batch: 10gal Siamese Surprise and 8gal Shogun DIPA (topped-off from 5gal post-sparge). Mash volume is marginal - probably need next time to cut back grain content and add more LME. Would like to consider more substantial base for Siamese next time? TBD...
