Notes

Base = Jamil’s Who’s Your Taddy Porter Replaced Chocolate Malt with Double Pale Chocolate Malt Dry Hopped Mixed pitch : 001 and 013 ——————————————— 6/21/18: Brewed at Rose Blossom location. Upgraded the BrewRig. Heat Exchanger is hanging on the right side of the frame, both pumps are hanging in the middle of the rig. Installed new bottom board. Thought we missed mash temp high so we added .5 gal of water to comp.Experiened issues with power outages (popped circuts). We had to disconnect one of the two heating elements to cut amps. Could raise temp to 168. We boiled 1.5 gal water to raise temp from 162f to 168f. Worked well. First Runnings - 1.065 Pre Boil PH - 5.1 Pre Boil Gravity - 1.050 Measured OG - 1.059 Measured FG - 1.015 after 5 days at 72f FG remained the same. O2 for 30 sec Fresh pitched 001 and 013 New Fermentor. A Large chest freezer is housing two-5 gallon fermentors. The 10 gallon batch will share the exact same environment. _________________________________ 6/22/17: New recirculation and step heating system.
