Notes

Brewed on Sun 11/6, I didn't take this off the yeast to dry hop until 11/24. FG 1.025 on refractometer = 1.010 corrected. Tasted great as warm wort. Dry-hopped the crap out of it with all sorts of hops I had in the fridge - El Dorado, Jarrylo & Azacca (free samples from AHA show), plus 2 oz Galaxy & 1 oz Mosaic! That's 6oz for a 25 L batch! Yield: 9 x 22oz bottles, 6 x 12oz bottles, 1 x 16oz bottle + 15.8L in keg = 23.8L
