Notes

Pre-Boil Gravity = 1.044; 11 Brix. Smelled amazaing while cooling and transferring to the fermenter. Fermenting in the fast ferment. Came out over volume. Fermented with WLP 075 Hansen's ale blend. OG = 1.050. FG = 6 Brix, 1.011.
