Adding .45 Warrior @ 43 min left Postt boil vol - 12 gal 8 gal into fermenter Topped mine up with 1 gal RO water. Est change in gravity = 1.054 (goal was 1.066 got 1.067 OG before diluting. 2 lbs of leaf hops absorbed 2.5 gal of wort Pitched yeast @ 64°, rose to 67 in 24 hours. Placed in fridge set at 68°
