It's 2.5 weeks since we brewed it, so rack on weekend.

120317 tastes funky and a little tart

18/3/17 bottled.
20 bottles of ORCHARD SAISON and will harvest yeast for second gen brew.
030417 - tasted a bottle - no carbonation. But otherwise totally delicious.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
