as at 280117 SG 1.010 PH 4.22 as at 080217 SG = 1.004 tasting good. maybe needs to be racked off the yeast. It's 2.5 weeks since we brewed it, so rack on weekend. racked when? 120317 tastes funky and a little tart PH = 4.38 plato = 5 = 1.006 18/3/17 bottled. 20 bottles of ORCHARD SAISON and will harvest yeast for second gen brew. 030417 - tasted a bottle - no carbonation. But otherwise totally delicious.
