St. Louis Hops Homebrew club did a group buy of Belma Hops. This is my recipe for the unique hop. I think it turned out really well, and I have received a lot of compliments on it, as well.

Mine turned out more like a Wit but was very good after conditioning for a few weeks. Pretty nasty fresh. I'll be making it again.
