Copied from http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f67/aberdeen-brown-ale-newcastle-clone-ag-36912/ Scaled to my equipment, then adjusted grain weights for easier weighing at LHBS. A bit extra 2 row to increase ABV to 5.0%. No Target hops at LHBS, so substitute Goldings, East Kent.
