Taste Notes

1/16/17 Beautiful yellow color. Initial taste before keg is light, lemon, with some sweetness. Some bitterness, but not overwhelming. Not overly complex. Easy drinker... probably mash higher next time and see the result. Not sure if I dig the lemon flavor, but will see after carbonated.
