Taste Notes

08/28/12 - Tastes a bit smokey, thick and bold. I'll reserve judgement until it's cold and carb'd. I think it's already done fermenting as well...

Notes

This is the very first E-BIAB brew and the HOPS Homebrew Club is coming over to watch the inagural brew. Couldn't control my boil-off or the element very well. Going to run some tests on the system to get it all down pat.
