Taste Notes

CLASS loved it. Maybe bit to bitter for style Beersmith shows 40 IBUs'. Still very tasty.

Notes

12/23/12 - This was one of my first AG brews. 7/14/13 - Brewhouse Efficiency may have suffered due to sparge procedure. Did not record OG with this brew but it is assumed that 68% Brewhouse was the actual measurement since succeeding house brews never exceeded that until recently upon learning a improved sparge method.
