Using carbon filtered water. Cooled in fridge on Saturday , yeast pitched 1030 am Sunday. Vigorous fermentation in 12 hours. Dry hopped 3 March Kegged 8 March 1 x 19 L keg & 6 450ml Grolsch bottles Tastes delicious.
