that's a monsterous amount of hops - 13 oz. Is that right?? Plus, 4 packs of Irish Ale Yeast - whoa!! Your notes also mention adding the dry hops. Is that the hops at 0 min?

yes, that is correct, this is a big beer Est OG: 1.122 (28.2° P)
