Notes

* Within the first 18min the temp got to a max of 63.5C. Tested the pH which was 6.5 and added 11g of CaCl2 to bring down to 5.5 pH. * At the 18min mark added 10L of 100C water 62.5C to 67.0C. Left tun lid open to cool to 14min and temp had dropped to 62.5C. * Sparge Water pH adjusted from 8.2 to 5.0 * 30L 100c water added for mash out, mash at 72c. *
