Taste Notes

07/06/17 Taste good! Lot of fruitiness in aroma and flavor, caramel notes, bitter well balanced ( doesn't seem a beer with 68 ibu!). There's a little hop astringency that bother me. It's a good beer but not awesome 07/2017 Taste good to me, the astringency fade a lot and there is a very good balance between alcohol bitterness and malts. I send some bottles to a competition thought and the judges found a bit of onion/garlic character. I didn't catch it, and neither the others who drank it, so the bottle deteriorated during the long way to the contest or our taste buds isn't good enough ( that could be :d)
