2017.02.08 Brix 10.4, 8.8 => 1.025, 1.012 => 5.7%, 7.4% ABV Brought upstairs to kitchen to finish Dry hopped #3 with: 20g Galaxy, 20g Cascade, 20g Chinook, 30g Citra Dry hopped #4 with: 20g Centennial, 20g Cascade, 20g Orbitz, 30g Citra, 20g Galaxy 2017.02.11 #3 (perviously under attenuated) Brix 8.8 after bringing upstairs and sitting on heating pad)
