Notes
1/16/2017: brewed and pitched on the yeast cake from Gnome''s Sweat Stout. Added oxygen that night at full bore for 1 minute.
1/17: Another shot of oxygen the same way. Carboy is under pressure but no Krause in 24 hours
1/18: big Krause lots of activity probably gonna blow off.
1/20: still thumping along but noticeably slower after cleaning 2 blow off messes the last 2 days. Raised temp 1 degree to 64F.
1/22: raised temp to 65F
1/23: gravity @1.034 raised temp to 66F. Still bubbling slowly. Krausen has completely fallen. smells like rich dark chocolate with some fruity esters. No alcohol on the nose. Tastes like bitter chocolate in a good way. A little heat after the third sip. This will age well for a while.
2/2: haven't heard any bubbling. Gravity @1.030.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
