Taste Notes

started with 14 gallons water. 3 hour boil added 3oz vodka that was steep with 1/2lb cacao nib and 3 madagascar vanilla beans. a bit hot at kegging. will revisit in a few weeks and then do a long term aging. 11/26/2016 - 10 months old - very nice, slight oxidation in the aroma but flavor is good.
