Taste Notes

Took it to a bottleshare at Patriot. Only three weeks after brewing. Got really good feedback on it from several people.

Notes

100% tap water with 1.5 tsp CaCl, 0.75 tsp gypsum. 0.5 T lactic acid. Mash at 154. Fermentation started at 12 hours.
