Taste Notes

Accidentally boiled 30 minute planned hop addition an extra 15 minutes. 30min boil and 30min adjusted in recipe to 45min. As a result, final volume was .375 low. Loss to trub and chiller value of .75 is accurate. Nailed ph but used a 1.25ml lactic acid instead of calculated 1.3ml.

Notes

Water Matched water profile from Cen/Cas Smash. Fermented at 68 throughout primary. Use 64% mash efficiency if no sparge or minimum sparge.
