Notes

- Trouble getting mash temp. Hit 142 - boiling H2O right now to add and bring to temp.- Altered MLT with thermometer and easy fly sparge equipment - could that be the issue?- After adding a good amount of boiling H2O, got it up to temp. Need to remember to stop sparging when I get to Boiling Volume.- Dipping to 150 after 15 minutes - shoot. Just letting it go.. Can't wait for my RIMS system..
