Taste Notes

Bare husk at stoppe hved 1,030 SG

Notes

Taste Notes
A nice soft drink for the summer. Can also be used as a welcome drink as it is sweet and mild with a mixture of apple and honey flavors. Should be enjoyed at 7-10 (44-50 f) degrees. The drink gets a nice sweet taste. Just remember to stop wheat 1,030 SG

Notes
Once the apple juice is squeezed out, toss the meat in a pot of boiling water, getting the last juice out. Use evt. and wash / hop bags. When fermenting apple cider into cider, alcohol acts as a natural preservative, and a slightly sulfurized cider can last up to a year in a cold cellar / outhouse. So the juice can skip the mash step if but feel like it.
