Notes

Add turbinado at 15 minutes. Add 8 mL of hopshot at 60 minutes. At burn out add hops and let rest for 30 minutes before cooling. Note: And second attempt to make this beer, we let it rest for 90 minutes before cooling And it seem to take on more bittering and less flavor from the hops. On next attempt be sure not to exceed a 30 minute rest
