16th Nov Loss to hops and trub was 8L not 6L 56L post boil @ 1.070 48L to fermenter Set temp to 19 C Monday 21st upped temp to 20C 1.040 Wed 23rd added 260g hops, kept temp at 20C going to leave for 7 days . Still bubbling . Dropped temp to 4C on 1st Dec Kegged and bottled 24 bottles on 7th Dec.
