Christmas ale add t2bsp trader joes mulling spices (oj, cinnamon, allspice) in secondary Winter Ale add 1-2 cinnamon stick and 1-2 vanilla beans in secondary Pumpkin ale - add 2-3 roasted butternut squash to mash. Add 1-2 tbsp pumpkin pie mix to secondary Christmas ale won 1st place SHC Winter/Christmas Ale 2012 and #3 Best of Show War of the Worts
