This beer started with a clone of red rye from founders. it's better than red rye I believe. Everytime someone tries it they want the recipe. I never can keep it around longer than a couple weeks. for ten gallons. caution though. the amarillo will drop out of this after 30 days. I had bottled some to save for the following month and it was a drain pour. DRINK FRESH!
