close to original

by BgThang

I contacted mike heniff who won the big brew beer bash @ saint arnolds which would become Divine Reserve #5. He gave me some percentages and looked over our recipe. This comes realllly close to the original. Its a great imperial stout withot a lot of roast bitterness. It's definitely a crowd please. I also used a whiskey barrel from balcones distillery to age 5 gallons which turned out even more amazing
