Cinnamon

by antoinelacerte

Hi, I have brewed this dec 9th 2012. It was yesterday. Tasted it before sending into the pale and it tasted a lot cinnamon. Almost too much. Not enough orange taste. I hope this will go softer after the yeast has done their job. Also, used all-grain instead of Extract. Munich & 2-Rows. 6lbs/6lbs

I would recommand adding orange peel 20 min boil to had more flavor and maybe less cinnamon.

Will get back with a bottle to let you know more and see if I keep my recommandations.

cheers
