Notes

Mashed in at 152ish degrees. Used about 6 gallon gallons of water to mash in with. Pre-boil gravity was 14 brix or 1.057. Post boil gravity was 20 brix or 1.083 brix. Brix 9 on 10/26/16. Racked to secondary and dry hopped with 1oz each of Centenneal, Columbus, and Simcoe pellets. After 6 days, I dry hopped with 0.5 oz of Columbus and Simcoe. Moved to keg 5 days later.
